Recipe Ingredients

Water

Lemons; the rind -- finely
-grated
1 qt
Vodka
3 tb
Almond extract
2 tb
Vanilla extract
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce
heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool completely.
about 6 1/2 cups.
