Cooking Recipe Butterscotch Oat Drops

Recipe Ingredients

1 c Butter or marg; softened
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Brown sugar; packed
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 c Rolled oats
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 c Butterscotch chips
1 c Chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cream together butter and both sugars. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
Add vanilla.

2. Measure in remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls
onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 8-10 mins.
