Parmesan cheese
Pepper; to taste

Croutons

Garlic; crushed

Anchovies

Mustard,

Worcestershire

Lemon juice

Olive oil.

Directions
Tear washed and dried romaine into fork- sized pieces and place in a
salad bowl. Pour over dressing and toss lightly. Add cheese, pepper
