Cooking Recipe Cajun Boudin Sausage

2 lb Ground beef

2 lb Ground pork

4 c Cooked rice

4 lg Onions, minced

10 Cloves garlic, minced (10 to

-25)

6 sm Hot Chile Peppers, (Serrano,

-Etc), minced

2 Stalks celery, minced

1 lg Sweet red pepper, minced

1 lg Sweet green pepper, minced

2 md Leeks, minced

6 Green onions, minced

1 c Minced parsley

1/3 c Minced cilantro

1 ts Red pepper flakes

1 ts Black pepper

2 tb Sugar

1/4 ts Thyme

1/4 ts Sage

1/4 ts Rosemary

1/4 ts Savory
