Directions
*** Substitute mashed bananas for a moist banana bread.
Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry
ingredients. Add to sugar mixture. Stir in carrots and nuts. Bake 1
hour.
