Cooking Recipe Carrot Salad (Satterly)

Recipe Ingredients

4 md Carrots, shredded
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 tb Basil
1 tb Scallions
3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Safflower oil
Salt & pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, toss & serve.
