Recipe Ingredients

Vinegar
1/2 lb
Bacon grease or 1 cup wesson oil
1/2 lb
Butter
1 tb
Pepper, black,freshly ground
1 tb
Cayenne
3 ea
Onion; chopped
1 ea
Worcestershire sauce 10 oz
1 ea
Ketchup, 24 oz
1 tb
Salt
1 tb
Celery salt
1 ts
Garlic salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer on very low fire for at least 20
minutes. Makes sauce for 25 lbs of meat. Excellent for spareribs.
