Cooking Recipe Cauliflower Piquante

Recipe Ingredients

4 c Cauliflower Pieces, fresh
1/3 c Vegetable Oil
2 tb Cider Vinegar
1/2 ts Dried Dill
Pn White Pepper, ground

Directions

Steam the cauliflower until it is just crisp-tender. Combine with the
remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir to coat. Let stand at room
temperature for 1 hour before serving. If made in advance, refrigerate
after marinating for 1 hour.
