Cooking Recipe Cheddar Beer Cheese
Recipe Ingredients

(16 ounces) grated sharp
-Cheddar Cheese at room
-temperature
2 ts
Worcestershire sauce

Clove garlic, minced
1/2 ts
Hot pepper sauce
1/2 ts
Dry mustard
1/2 ts
Seasoned salt
1/4 ts
Ground black pepper
1/3 c
Flat beer
Directions
Place all in blender or food processor. Process till smooth. Cover and
about 2 cups spread.
