Cooking Recipe Cheddar Meat Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 1/4 c Bread Crumbs; Dry
1/4 lb Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded
10 3/4 oz Tomato Soup; Condensed, 1 Cn
1 ea Egg; Lg
1/4 c Onion; Chopped
2 tb Parsley; Fresh, Chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients, mixing lightly. Shape into a loaf in
an 11 1/2 X 7 1/2- inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for an
hour. Serve hot.
