Whole sage leaves

Sharp cheddar cheese
-(such as Vermont Cabot) shredded

Walnuts, chopped
Whole walnut halves
Directions
Place the cream cheese in a food processor with the chopped sage
To unmold, fold back the top of the cheesecloth. Invert a serving
