Cooking Recipe Cheddar-Sausage Rolls

Recipe Ingredients

1 c (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar
-cheese, at room temperature
3 tb Sour cream
6 Slices summer sausage, about
-4 1/2 inches in diameter

Directions

Combine cheese and sour cream in a small bowl. Remove casings from
sausage. Spread a scant 2 tbsp. cheese mixture on each slice of
sausage. Place one slice of sausage on top of another, overlapping
one half of the way. Roll sausage firmly and wrap. Repeat twice to
form 3 rolls. Chill. To serve, cut into 1/2 inch slices. About 1 1 /2
