Recipe Ingredients

Tomato sauce
1/2 c
Dry bread crumbs
1/2 c
Cheddar cheese, diced
1 ts
Salt
1 1/2 lb
Ground beef
1/4 c
Onions, diced

Egg, slightly beaten
Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a larger bowl. Shape into a loaf pan
and bake 350F for 1 hr. Cover with any remaining tomato sauce or
ketchup and serve with mash potatoes
