Cooking Recipe Chewy Oatmeal Delights~ Ice Cream Sandwichs

Flour
1 c
Brown sugar
1/2 c
Butter
2 tb
-boiling water
1 tb
Corn syrup
1 1/2 ts
Baking soda
1 ts
Vanilla
1/2 c
Raisins
1 pt
Ice Cream
Directions
Toss together oats, sugar, and flour. Stir in butter. In a smallbowl
combine water, corn syrup, baking soda, vanilla, and raisins. Add to
oat mixture and knead lightly until dough comes together. Shape into
18 balls about 1 1/2 in. Flatten slightly on greased sheets, allow
aninch for expansion. Bake at 350 for 10 min or until golden.Makes 9
