Cooking Recipe Chicken Barbeque Sauce
Recipe Ingredients

Ketchup
1 c
Minced onion
1 c
Dry red wine
3 lg
Garlic cloves -- minced
2 tb
Ginger -- grated
2 tb
Worcestershire sauce
2 tb
Dijon mustard
1/2 c
Soy sauce
1/2 c
Brown sugar
1 c
Oyster sauce
1 ts
Tabasco sauce
1 ts
Ground coriander
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool and serve on
the side. This freezes well.
