Cooking Recipe Chicken Fricot

Recipe Ingredients

1 5 lb chicken,cubed
1/4 lb Salt pork
2 md Onions,diced
1/2 ts Oregano
Salt
Pepper
1 c Cold Water
4 md Potatoes,diced
1/4 c Flour
2 md Carrots,diced (optional)
8 c Boiling water

Directions

Cube salt pork and cut chicken into cubes.Fry pork until golden,set
aside. Add chicken and fry until brown.Put everything into a large
pot and cook until meat is tender.Blend flour and cold water and add
to the fricot to thicken it.Summer savory may be also added for extra
flavour.
