Cooking Recipe Chicken & Peas With Curried Yogurt

Recipe Ingredients

4 Boneless skinless chicken br
1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Chopped onion
1 ts Fresh ginger; grated
1 c Plain yogurt
1 ts Garlic; minced
2 tb Dark molasses
1 ts Cornstarch
1 1/2 ts Curry powder
5 oz Frozen peas

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Brown onion and chicken over medium-high heat.
Mix ginger with yogurt, garlic, molasses, cornstarch and curry
powder. Stir yogurt mixture into chicken with the pease; cover and
cook over low heat about 5 minutes until peas and sauce are heated
through.
