Nonfat cottage cheese

Evaporated skim milk

Nonfat cream cheese
1/2 c
Onion; finely chopped

Sun-dried tomatoes; sliced

Dry white wine

Garlic; finely chopped

Button mushrooms; sliced

Shiitake mushrooms; sliced

Chicken broth; no-salt added

Soy sauce; low sodium

Lemon juice
1/4 ts
Dried thyme

Chcken breasts; skinless,

Cornstarch; dissolved in
. 1 Tbsp water

Fresh basil; finely chopped
Directions
Whirl cottage cheese, evaporated milk and cream cheese in a bIender
Combine onions, tomatoes, wine and garlic in a large nonstick skillet.
Stir cornstarch mixture into the skillet. Add the cheese mixture.
