Cooking Recipe Chili - Chef'S

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Ground beef or chicken
2 c Water
1 tb Chili powder
1 tb Curry powder
3 ea Tomatoes, diced
4 c Cooked kidney beans
1 ea Onion, chopped
1 ea Bunch green onions, sliced
1 1/2 c Grated mild cheddar cheese

Directions

In a frying pan, saute meat until lightly browned. Pour off
drippings. Add water, chili, and curry powder; simmer 5 minutes. Add
tomatoes and beans; heat through. Stir in onions. Ladle into
serving bowls and sprinkle on cheese. Serves 6
