Cooking Recipe Chili ( Spicy Pork )
Recipe Ingredients

Pork; ground

Onions; chopped

Garlic; minced

Pepper; sweet red; chopped

Pepper; green; chopped

Celery; chopped

Tomatoes; diced; with liquid 14 1/2 oz. cans
1 cn
Beans; kidney; drained and rinsed, 16 oz. can
1 cn
Tomato paste; 6 oz.can
3/4 c
Water
2 ts
Sugar; brown
1 ts
Oregano; dried
1 ts
Chili powder
1/4 ts
Red pepper flakes; dried
1/4 ts
Cayenne pepper

Hot pepper sauce
Directions
In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink;
drain. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery. Cook for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer
for 45 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
