Cooking Recipe Chinese Chicken Livers

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb Chicken livers
1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Honey
1 tb White wine
1 Or 2 cloves minced garlic

Directions

Wash chicken livers and pat dry. Combine other ingredients, adding oil
last. Marinate livers in the honey mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for
15 to 20 minutes. I usally turn the livers about half way. From: Earl
