Sauce:

Low-salt soy sauce

Oriental sesame oil

Grated fresh ginger
3 tb
Unseasoned rice vinegar
6 tb
Orange juice
3/4 ts
Grated fresh orange rind
Directions
Combine all sauce ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes to blend
