Cooking Recipe Chocolate Coated Hazelnuts
Recipe Ingredients
2 c
Roasted Oregon hazelnuts
1 c
Semisweet chocolate pieces
1/3 c
Sweetened condensed milk
1 ts
Vanilla
Salt
Directions
Melt chocolate over hot water. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and a
few grains of salt. Cool mixture until easy to shape. Mold around the
nuts. Roll in powdered sugar, cinnamon, cocoa or finely grated
coconut, if desired.
