Cooking Recipe Chuletas

Recipe Ingredients

4 lb Beef, ground
1 c Cheese, parmesan; grated
4 c Parsley; minced
1 ts Tabasco sauce
6 Onions, yellow; chopped
2 ts Pepper, black
4 Eggs
6 c Bread crumbs, dry
2 ts Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients except crumbs. Form into 30 small balls. Coat
balls with bread crumbs. Chill well. Saute in olive oil three to four
minutes. Serve with refried beans and salsa. Source: James Beard's
