Sweetened flaked coconut

Raw cashews
1/3 c
Firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 ts
Ground allspice
1 ts
Ground cinnamon
1/4 c
Unsalted butter
2 tb
Honey
1 c
Packed pitted dates each cut crosswise into thirds
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 F. Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Melt
Makes about 6 cups.
