Cooking Recipe Cincinnati Chili

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb Beef coarsely ground
1 Medium chopped onion
1 tb Salad oil
1/2 ts Oregano
2 tb To 3 T chili powder
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
24 oz Water
1 lb Kidney beans

Directions

Saute the grd beef and onion in salad oil until lightly browned. Add
remaining ingredients and simmer 30 to 40 min. Its better to start
with a smaller amount of chili powder and salt, then add to taste.
