Roasted corn kernels

Tomatillios, husked &
Coarsley chopped

Red onion, finely diced
1 1/2 ts
Jalapeno, minced
2 tb
Lime juice
2 tb
Cilantro, chopped
1/2 ts
Honey
Directions
Combine all the ingrediants in a bowl & mix well. Season to taset
with salt and pepper.
