Cooking Recipe Corned Beef Salad
Recipe Ingredients

Hard boiled eggs, sliced

Pkg lime gelatin
3 c
Boiling water

Can corned beef, flaked
1/4 c
Minced onions
1 c
Mayonnaise
2 c
Chopped celery

Med cucumber, chopped
6 tb
Chopped green bell pepper
Directions
Line bottom of mold with hard boiled egg slices. Dissolve gelatin in
boiling water in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into prepared mold carefully. Chill until firm. Unmold onto
lettuce lined serving plate.
