Cooking Recipe Crab & Cheese Salad
Recipe Ingredients

(6oz) frozen crabmeat

(6oz) crab, drained
1/2 c
(2oz) Swiss cheese,
Shredded
1/4 c
Chopped onion
1/4 c
Finely chopped celery
1/4 c
Finely chopped green bell
Pepper

Hard boiled eggs
1/4 c
Mayonnaise
1/4 c
French dressing or cocktail
Sauce
Salt to taste
Directions
If using frozen crab, drain about half the liquid off.
Combine all ingredients; chill and serve.
