Plus two tablespoons heavy

-Fresh ground pepper, to
-taste
-Sauce
3 tb
Butter
3 tb
Flour
1/4 ts
Salt
1 1/2 c
Milk
-l/3 cup dry white wine
-topping
1 c
Grated Swiss cheese
1/2 ts
Paprika
-Minced parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine filling ingredients and spread
To make sauce, melt butter saucepan, then blend in flour and salt.
Pour sauce over fillets and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
