Cooking Recipe Kidney Bean Spread

1 1/2 c Kidney beans, cooked

1 ea Garlic clove

1/2 ts Cumin seeds

1/2 ts Tabasco sauce

1/2 tb Cider vinegar

2 tb Water

2 tb Fresh cilantro or parsley

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or
