1 c Maple sugar
10 c Water

Directions

Pit all ingredients into a deep saucepan & simmer for
20 to 25 minutes, stirring gently. Serve either hot
or ice cold. Apparently this drink can be served
either with cognac or p'tit caribou, a liqueur known
to many tribes & nations.
