Cooking Recipe Korean Steak Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 c Soy sauce
2 Cloves
-
1 ts Ginger, freshly grated
3 tb Sherry
1 ts Brown sugar
1 tb Catsup
-dashes
-
1 tb Hoisin sauce
2 Green onions, chopped (with
-green)
1 tb Sesame oil
-drops
-
-garlic, crushed (large
-cloves!)
-tabasco (or hot oil or
-cayenne)
-Liquid Smoke (if not to be
-charcoal grilled)

Directions

Marinate for half an hour and grill, basting with
marinade if desired. *-* I've marinated T-bones and
beef kabobs in this, and grilled 'em on the Farberware
indoor grill in the dead of winter (using the drops of
Liquid Smoke). Tasted like a slice of summer! ;}}}
For outdoor grilling, just omit the Liquid Smoke.
