Recipe Ingredients
3/4 c
Honey (preferably orange
-blossom honey)
1 ts
Butter
1 tb
Grated orange rind
1/4 c
Orange juice
1 ts
Orange extract
Directions
1. In 1-quart saucepan, heat honey and butter just until bub- bly.
Remove from heat and stir in orange rind, orange juice, and the
orange extract.
2. Pour into a jar or container. Seal and store in the refrigerator.
Reheat to serve warm.
