Cooking Recipe Orange Raisin Squares
Recipe Ingredients

Sugar
1/2 c
Shortening
2 ea
Eggs
1 c
Sour cream
1/4 ts
Salt
1 ts
Baking soda
2 c
Flour
1 ts
Vanilla
1 c
Raisins
1 ea
Orange; small - rind of
Directions
Add soda to cream. Grate orange peel. Pour hot water over raisins,
then grind. Bake in large flat pan. Roll in powdered sugar or use
orange icing.
Note: No temperature give. Assume a slow 325 F. oven.
