Cooking Recipe Oregon Blue Cheese Dressing

1 c Mayonnaise;

8 oz Carton commercial sour cream

1 1/2 pk (4-oz ea) blue cheese; crumbled

1/4 c Olive oil;

1 tb Milk;

1 ts Cider vinegar;

1 cl Garlic; minced

1/8 ts Dry mustard;

1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper;

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended.
Cover and chill. Serve over fruit or salad greens.
