Cooking Recipe Oregon Hazelnut Macaroons
Recipe Ingredients

Oregon hazelnut paste
1 c
Sugar
1 ts
Orange peel
1/8 ts
Salt

Egg whites; beaten stiff
Directions
Blend paste, sugar, orange peel and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by
teaspoons onto lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven 15 to
17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.
