Cheddar cheese

Oysters

Ale
1 tb
Butter
1/2 ts
Dry mustard
1/2 ts
Salt
1 ts
Worcestershire
1 tb
Minced onion

Chopped green pepper
-paprika and pepper to
-taste
Directions
Melt the butter and cheese in a double boiler, stirring well. Add the
onion, pepper, Worcestershire, ale, mustard and seasonings, and
finally the oysters. Stir until the mixture is smooth and thick. From
