Cooking Recipe Paksiw Na Isda (Fish In Vinegar Sauce)

Recipe Ingredients

YIELD

2 lb Fish slices (rainbow trout,
-salmon milkfish)
1/2 c Vinegar 4 clove garlic; minced
2 ts Ginger; sliced
1 ea Hot chili pepper; optional
1/4 c Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless
steel pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to
medium low. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a
serving dish. Serves 4.
