Cooking Recipe Peach Dessert "Salsa"

Recipe Ingredients

2 ea Peaches; ripe
1/3 c Coconut; grated
1/3 c Golden raisins -OR-
1/3 c -Dried cherries
2 tb Orange juice concentrate-OR-
2 tb Grand marnier liqueur
1 tb Mint, fresh; chopped

Directions

"...perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted pound cake or
yougrt cheese."

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
Let stand 1/2 hour before serving. MAKES: about 2 CUPS
