Cooking Recipe Peach-Mint Granita

Recipe Ingredients

1 l b Ripe Peaches -- peeled,

Directions

: pitted and s
2 ts Fresh Mint -- chopped
3/4 c Fruity White Wine -- *see

1/3 c Sugar (Or To Taste)
1 TB Fresh Lemon Juice

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until
smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and discard pulp. If
sugar is not dissolved, continue to stir until it is.

Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. To serve:
Place cubes in a single layer in a food processor and pulse several
times to create uniform ice particles. Repeat as necessary with
remaining cubes and serve immediately in frozen stemmed glasses.
