Cooking Recipe Peachy Pork Picante

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb Boneless cubed pork
1 pk Taco seasoning
Oil to brown pork
8 oz Jar of salsa
4 tb Peach preserves
Cooked rice for 4

Directions

Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning and brown in skillet. Add salsa
and peach preserves to skillet. Stir to mix well, cover and lower
heat. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
