Cooking Recipe Philly Chocolate Sauce
Recipe Ingredients

8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese,
-cubed
1/3 c
Milk
1 oz
Unsweetened Chocolate
-Squares
2 c
Sifted powdered sugar
1 ts
Vanilla
Directions
Combine cream cheese, milk and chocolate; stir over low heat until
smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over poached pears, ice
cream or cake.
Note this sauce can be refrigerated and then reheated.
