Garlic cloves; minced

Rosemary, chopped fine

Green peppercorns, crushed

Whole pine nuts, chopped

Butter
1/2 c
Brandy
1/3 c
Peach chutney
Juices of skillet
Directions
Brush steaks lightly with oil. Combine garlic, rosemary, peppercorns
Serving suggestion: Wild Rice and Broccoli, Serves 4 in 25 minutes.
