Recipe Ingredients

1 lb FRENCH BREAD
1 1/2 lb GROUND BEEF
1 ts SALT
1 ts OREGANO
2 ea GREEN ONIONS
8 oz TOMATO SAUCE
2 ea TOMATOES, SLICED
6 ea SLICES, AMERICAN CHEESE
6 ea SLICES, MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Directions

CUT CHEESE SLICES INTO TRIANGLES. SPLIT LOAF OF FRENCH BREAD,
LENGTHWISE. PLACE BREAD ON BAKING SHEET. IN A SKILLET, BROWN THE
GROUND BEEF, DRAIN. ADD SALT, OREGANO, BASIL, ONIONS AND TOMATO
SAUCE. SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES. SPREAD HALF THE BEEF MIXTURE ON EACH
PIECE OF BREAD. ALTERNATE CHEESE CHEESE SLICES AND TOMATO ON TOP OF
BEEF MIXTURE.
