Cooking Recipe Planked Filet Of Salmon

Recipe Ingredients

4 lb Salmon fillet (skin 1 side)
1 ea Oil
1 ea Pepper ground to taste
1/2 c Butter melted

Directions

Wash salmon in cold water, dry and season with pepper. Place on
heated oak plank, skin down, and bake at 350/F 25-30 minutes. Baste
with melted butter during cooking. If fish does not brown during
cooking, place under broiler last 2 minutes.
