Onion, finely minced

Garlic, finely minced

Tiger sauce
2 tb
Worchestershire sauce
2 1/2 tb
Mustard
Directions
Blend together all ingredients. The technique used was to stab large
holes in a pork roast, massage the sauce into the holes produced and
marinate overnight.
