Cooking Recipe Pork & Cabbage Sandwiches

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb Pork sausage, bulk
7 c Cabbage, shredded
1 md Onion, chopped
1 md Pepper, sweet red, Thin Slic
1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 c Sour cream
Hamburger buns or Pieta
Bread.

Directions

In a large skillet, brown sausage, drain. Add cabbage, onion, red
pepper, water, salt and sugar; mix well. Cover and cook for 20
minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve on buns or pita bread.
