Cooking Recipe Pork & Chicken AdoboRecipe Ingredients

Native vinegar [Use any
-white vinegar. S.C.]

Black pepper
Salt to taste

Head garlic, pounded

(approx.) water

For frying

Soy sauce

Chicken livers
2 tb
Water
Directions
Cut chicken into serving pieces and the pork into 2 inch squares.
Boil and then simmer pork first in the mixture until almost tender.
