Cooking Recipe Pork Roast Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1 sm Can pineapple rings; drained
2 tb Red bell pepper; diced
3 Green onions; sliced fine
-lengthwise
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Tequila
1 tb Fresh mint leaves; chopped

Directions

Cut pineapple rings into 1/4-inch pieces. Mix with all other
ingredients. Chill very well. Serve with pork roast.

Judi's Notes: This tastes so much better with fresh pineapple. I
added a fresh peach to it and it turned out very well.
